Do you accept my insurance?

We accept most major insurances plans. Due to the frequency of changes occurring with insurance plans, we encourage new patients to call their insurance company to verify benefits to a specialists office. When contacting your insurance company, we recommend asking the following questions:

Are office visits to a specialist covered?
What is my co-pay at a specialist office?
Do I have a deductible?
Have I met my deductible?
Do I need a referral from my Primary Care Physician?

We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the information you receive from your insurance representative. Please remember that it is the patient’s responsibility to know and understand their insurance policy and coverage. Knowing your out-of-pocket expenses before your appointment is the first step to avoiding billing problems or delays in treatment.
